In order to have the accepted offered price, you need to get the clear instruction to the Escrow Company how to create the HUD1 form. This form will indicate the purchase price minus all debit and credits by both (sometimes) 3 parties. In most cases the buyer lender don't like to see the add. money to sales price and requesting explanation.
