I am not your typical Real Estate Agent. When I joined the industry, I rapidly discovered that, in the traditional context, I'm not a very good sales person.
I should have known that would be so, since I really dislike it when folks try to "sell" something to me. When I'm buying something, I want solid, reliable information and great service. I appreciate help making up my mind, but not pressure. Or fluff. I want to be seen and heard.
My background is all about research, analysis and service.
Translated to Real Estate, that means I an excellent Buyer's Agent. I don't "sell" anything, I help you find what you want to buy with an emphasis on saving your time. I then help you negotiate the purchase of that property, with an emphasis on getting the best possible price.
Here are some of the the skills that I bring to that process:
-I listen well. I'm patient and persistent. And good-humored.
-I am naturally curious and attentive to details. I like doing research and analysis.
-I limit myself to just three "active" and three "just looking" clients at any one time. You will never get lost in the shuffle with me as as your Agent.
-I have developed land and built homes in these mountains. So I see a cabin or home or a piece of land in a far broader context than most agents.
I am proud to say that:
-I have never had a client leave me and go to another agent.
-I have been the second, or third agent for several clients.
-I have found the "right" piece of property for everyone who has been a client.
May I suggest a "test-drive" soon?
