Recipient of the 2013 New Milford Board of Realtors - "Agent of the Year"
Hi and thanks for checking me out. I'll try to be brief and not bore you.
I've lived in Washington for 28 years and am celebrating 28 years in the industry. I've been through many highs and lows in the market, and I know the score--i.e. the properties, the values, and the towns of Litchfield County. I can navigate customers through the shark infested waters and educate them fairly and squarely until a comfort level is achieved in buying.
My own home was on the cover of House Beautiful and Connecticut Magazine and featured in the World of Interiors, Down East, Vogue, and Old House Interiors and in several books on design and decorating. I also maintain a home in West Palm Beach.
My partner, Gary Goodwin, and I host The Tea for Two Hundred. The party benefits the Visiting Nurses/Hospice and the Danbury Interfaith Aids Ministry. In our 16 years of hosting the event, the charities have netted over $900,000 in revenues! The party is a highlight of the summer between 350 and 400 people attend--music, food, fortune tellers, silent auction, wine and even Tea!
I have two daughters, Katherine, a candidate for a PHD in social work from Smith College and a practicing Brooklyn social worker and Evie, a Smith grad and an actress in LA. I also have a teenage grandson, Calvin the Great, who is 6’3” and growing.
I pledge to be at your service 24/7 and will always be informed, candid and forthright. We love it here and you will too! Dare I say you can TRUST ME!
