Would you consider a home that is new construction but about 90% finished?
I know of a few neighborhoods that have some homes that are 90-95% finished and have been sitting for about 2 years! (builder wants to get rid of them) Some are in PRIME locations.
I also know of some million dollar condos that have been dropped into your price range.
I am not asking for you to be a client of mine but I would love for you to send me a quick email. If you are not satisfied with the listings that I send you then please feel free to contact someone else. Just a quick "no thanks" after we are done and I will no longer send emails.
