Hi,

True, it is illegal in some states to represent the buyer and seller. It is perfectly legal in Arizona.

As the listing office, we do represent the seller, but we are free to represent both the buyer and seller with their informed consent. Our philosophy is to explain agency to our potential clients and let them make an informed decision.

Either way, this particular property is available to be shown any time.

I'm attaching a link to agency related forms and articles from our state association. You might find them helpful. - Wed Jul 22 2009, 10:04
