Vr, Home Buyer in Mountain View, CA

I am looking to purchase an investment property in San Francisco but someone recommended Berkeley as well. What areas of berkeley are desirable from?

Buying investment properties near a university is always a good investment. You are always going to have renters but most will be college students. I am working with investors that are looking all over the bay area including Berkeley. Not much out there and if you do you will be paying for it. Good luck.
