"Finding a new home and the home-buying experience as a whole can be both fun as well as very, very stressful. Having to relocate out of state and being a first-time homebuyer, Elizabeth Smith, and her broker, Joseph Tekula made the process as seamless as possible for me. From the moment I called Liz and told her how thrilled my fiancé and I were about agreeing on a place, she immediately jumped into action. The offer process turned into a bidding war but Liz assisted me with keeping my cool throughout the process. Every possible question that I could have (and I had many) she answered and always got back to me the same-day. Finally, my closing (I assume like most) ran into a few snags due to my financial institution's errors and was postponed for a day, and then another day. In the interim, Liz was in constant contact with me, informing me of what was going on and what will occur at the actual closing. The finishing touch to a long three-day ordeal with my closing was Liz's generous gift to my fiancé and I - a gift basket filled with what I call, first-time-homeowner's-goodies which I still thank her for and still use today - six months later! I cannot thank Liz Smith and Century 21 Joe Tekula Realtors enough for their steadfast professionalism and courtesy throughout what could have been a much more stressful process.
