Darla,
The zip code zoning can cover a relatively large area so specific Beaver Lake area properties, compared to my home's location which is close to I540 and the more western part of Rogers, AR.
I chose my home's location as it put me central to a quick commute to the south or north along the I540 corridor. There are definetly differences in the areas, but Rogers as a whole is fairly accessible today verse 5 years ago. The City of Rogers was very pro active in road develepment and lane widening along the I540 corridor exits and overpasses.
Rogers, with its new shopping and restaurant development in the last 7 years has made it very comparable to Fayetteville to the south as the area has grown in population, developments, and jobs. I feel the recent growth and improvements and pro active city planning in Rogers makes it a very attractive palce to live whether near Beaver Lake, central or western Rogers area. - Wed Apr 18, 2012
