I provide non-intrusive initial market information, for sellers an overview of recent sales in their area, and properties currently on the market.... I provide to all sellers a pre-market evaluation, based on their information
address etc. without home visit, this pre-market evaluation will be adjusted after a home visit when the seller
is ready to actually put the home on the market!
Marketing and advertising of a property is as individual as is each property......After listing the property on the multiple listing services and Realtor.com, several brokers open houses, and several open houses on weekends to the public and various options of internet marketing and advertising..... A decision will be
made which other avenues of advertising could be helpful in promoting the property....

For Buyers and Investors ---- The initial service includes understanding their needs and wishes for their new property and thereafter to explore on their behalf all avaialble properties that meet most of their needs...
These listings will be e-mailed daily and adjustments will be made as we proceed (change of price range, change of style of home, more or less garage space, finished or unfinished basements, adding or removing locations or towns/suburbs etc. etc.) All will be done with just a short e-mail to me!!! For any of the properties sent or any property no matter how the clients find out about them, I can be asked to provide add. photos, more detailed descriptions etc. with a click of your mouse!
Once we are a little further into the process --- and the search has been narrowed down a little more, I will not only preview homes on behalf of the clients and send reports, but I will also show them any house they request to see, and furthermore, I prepare (with about 5 bus. days of advance notice) half day and full day
home viewing tours. They are not only very efficient, but helpful in determining the style and floor plan that is most suited to the clients' life styles and needs!
And there is so much more, not enough space to describe it all, but most importantly when you chose me as your trusted Realtor, you will have a Realtor in your corner who will do everything possible and sometimes impossible to find you the right home for you! This is more a question to a real estate attorney and divorce attorney, as there are many legal aspects to consider, also timewise at what stage of the divorce they are, how they own the property etc. So please make sure that she gets good legal counseling in respect to how to proceed and what will be in her best advantage.
