I agree with the others, no need to pay for this as nearly all foreclosures are lsited in the local MLS systems. You can also get this info off of Trulia, Zillow or REALTOR.com, but those sites are not quite as accurate as the local MLS systems as they sometimes have issues with status changes (active, under contract, first right of refusal, etc..) and price changes. Contact your local REALTOR and ask them to set-up a specific search for foreclosures and you will have the info you want..
