"We've already recommended the Moyers to friends. They are very knowledgeable about the market and real estate process. Dwayne grew up in the home-building industry, so he also brings a good eye for structural issues and what it could take to fix up a home or make changes. Maryanne had endless patience for my many questions, and was willing to show us as many homes as it took to find "the one." It always felt like their first priority was making us happy, vs. just trying to close a deal. Last but definitely not least, when we did find our house, they helped to us to negotiate a purchase price that was nearly $20,000 less than asking. Would definitely work with them again!"

"The Moyers helped us not only sell our home, but buy our new one.... nearly 6 years ago now! If that's not the sign of a happy camper, I don't know what is. Good folks with great knowledge of the area and trends."

"Few people in this world vastly exceed your expectations, particularly during critical moments in your life when you have a lot at stake. Maryanne Moyers is one of the few. When you are buying or financing a home, it becomes a critical event, and you truely need the advice and consent of a proven expert. Maryanne is a proven real estate expert with outstanding character and integrity who has thrived in a business where so many have failed over the past 15-20 years. She's a "no-nonsense" straight shooter who will go the extra mile for you when you need it the most. She has built up a solid network across the industry, and knows the market very well. It is clear she understands people and the power of building relationships. She pulled us out of a bind last year when we had all but given up. My wife and I had consulted 4 different agents and brokers to refinance our primary home into a 15 year mortgage. But we had no success. Banks and lending institutions had drastically changed policies and procedures in the last 5 years, and appraisal companies were dramatically undervaluing properties. This left us with few appealing options. But Maryanne broke the stalemate we were in and successfully argued mistakes she found in the appraisal. She pointed out several subtle but key inconsistencies which several 'experts' had missed. Within 10 days we had a fair appraisal, and secured a 15 year loan. Loan approval is something we thought was out of our reach. Maryanne is definately a game changer that you can count on. If it's important to you, then it's important to her. "

"I've known Maryanne and Dwayne for years. I never needed their services until I got sick, lost my job, and then my house. I have never seen anyone go so far to please a client before. They took calls 7 days a week, and basically went ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectation I could ever have had. To make things worse this was a short sale deal for them (not too much money, and a ton of headaches). NO ISSUE. A deal is a deal to them, and they handled it extremely professional while treating me with respect, and pulled off a deal that nobody thought was possible. If you're looking for an agent to list your home or to buy one, I swear by Maryanne and Dwayne. I think there is no other reason to look any further for a real estate agent. "

"Working with Dwayne and Maryanne Moyers was a great experience from beginning to end. They were on top of every issue of our sale, and always available for questions or concerns. As first time home buyers, we were initially overwhelmed by the home buying experience. As such, we relied heavily on Dwayne and Maryanne's knowledge and experience. They were available whenever we needed them. After showing us 25 plus houses, they were still patient and understanding. They always responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and made us feel like their "top priority"! They explained the process, and had excellent references for inspectors, mortgage brokers, ect. Although Dwayne and Maryanne's professionalism is first class, their personality won us over. We now consider them good friends and actually invited them to our wedding. Whenever we decide to purchase our next home, there is no doubt that we'll be working with the Moyers Team."

"Maryanne & Dwayne took the time to find a home that would work for us. There was never any pressure. From beginning to end, the time they gave us, and the knowledge they possessed, made the whole home buying process a very smooth experience.Once the Moyers found the right neighborhood for us, they showed us several homes until we found the one that was the right fit for our family. Because we were new to the purchase of a new home under construction, we felt unsure of what was expected from us once we signed the contract. But the Moyers knew exactly what advice and direction to give us. From organizing the history of sales and pricing in the neighborhood, to knowing what questions to ask the builder regarding change orders, construction delivery schedules, initial punch-out, the final walk-through items which needed repair, and hiring an independent roofing company to conduct inspections. The Moyers were with us during this entire process.Additionally, Dwayne & Maryanne gave us background information about several financing options available to us, and Maryanne was already familiar with the loan programs offered by the builder's preferred lender. Additionally, she explained why some programs were better for us than others. This was an easy transaction because of their hard work and dedication. The years of experience they possess shows. Their honesty and hard work are a rare find, and I feel very blessed to have had the pleasure of working with them to find our home. They always looked out for us, and made sure we were treated right."
