"Ive been renting since my divorce in 97' and I never thought id own again. A friend told me about Dustin and I gave him a call. He asked if I had any 401k or IRA saved up and I let him know I had about $30k but my credit was bad and even with a down payment like that Id never be able to get financed for a new home. He told me " dont worry about it, for $30,000 I can get you a home and you will still have money left over to make it your own." 3 months later I was in my new home. It was valued at $115,000. Dustin got me in it for $22,000. I put the rest of my money into minor repairs and renovations and now I HAVE MY OWN PLACE AGAIN!!! and NO HOUSE PAYMENT!!!"

"Ive been in the car business for a long time. After running into Dustin, an old High School buddy, he got me into buying, renovating, and selling property. Just this year Ive purchased 3 homes and I still havent spent over $100,000! I know what your thinking.. "they must be in bad neighborhoods and need a lot of work" well, you are wrong. The last home I purchased was valued at over $153,000 on the county tax records. I purchased the home for $39,900. I call Dustin the "penny man" because everything he finds is pennys on the $$$$."
