Hi Paul,
We just put it back on the market and the price has now been raised to $74,500. There is an additional 43.6ac now also available directly behind it for sale. It s all in the family. It was under contract but the buyers were not able to come up with the cash to close. They are still working on it but we have decided to put it back on the market as well. We already have a few interested people, but no one else has yet put in an offer. You are welcome to ask more questions or call me at 877-586-9721 and/or make an offer and we'll see what happens.
