Dino is a second generation real estate professional who focuses on residential and multi-unit real estate sales in San Francisco. Dino centers his efforts on bringing an opportunistic, strategic approach in serving Buyers, Sellers and Investors in attaining their respective real estate goals. Dino works with TRI Coldwell Banker, which is the #1 office in San Francisco in terms of sales and one of the leading residential real estate offices in the United States with over $1.1 billion in properties sold in 2011. The success and composition of the office allows Dino to leverage the average 20 year tenure of agents in the office, thereby being supplemented by finely honed professionalism, knowledge and highly regarded clientele.
Dino’s family includes small builders / developers and specialists in numerous facets of real estate construction, which include: electrical contracting, general contracting and various supporting trades. Dino has been involved in new residential construction, income property management, and general vendor management. His experience working within various building trades in support of his family's real estate ventures provides ground-level insight and knowledge that have become integral parts of his skill set, and what he, in turn, delivers to his clients.
Dino also brings experience from the Tax Division of Deloitte & Touche and the Lubrizol Corporation (acquired by Berkshire Hathaway) where he worked with a team that focused on the management of fixed assets; including property, plant, and equipment domestically and internationally. Through these roles, Dino delivers a strong understanding of diverse real estate asset classes, tax ramifications, and real estate development and analysis in varying cycles. Dino serves Buyers, Sellers and Investors in full capacity, and executes a sound sense of the construction side of the business. Dino has also played a direct, principal role as a condo, single-family home and multi-unit investor, thereby understanding and personally taking on the risk / reward model and optimization of overall returns potentially attainable through real estate.
Dino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accountancy and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.
