"To Whom It May Concern: Five years ago while we still resided in Indiana, we searched the internet for a property in Florida. Although we found quite a few, only one realtor responded to our request for information. That realtor was Dianne Scott of Re/Max. Subsequently, we came to Florida where Dianne proceeded to show us all the properties she was cognizant of. After showing all her listings, she drove us around the area, where in the last showing of the day she showed us someone else’s listing in Park Place. We purchased this property, but ended up not liking the neighborhood after a year and a half. We contacted Dianne, and in no time at all she found us the house we desired on a canal. The canal dried up and the house was somewhat too small for all of our belongings. Dianne then proceeded to sell this house, at a time when houses were absolutely not selling, and found us a larger house which had been reduced in price.
