I have been through this house. The home itself is fantastic, very spacious, light and bright. The drawback is that it has zero back yard and the driveway is very steep. like Mel Wagner of Coldwell banker said, if the conditions and the location match the price, the home will sell. She is a fantastic agent and knows Salem well. I'd definitely recommend usinger her for a relo.
