Dennis R. O’Brien is a Broker Associate educated to practice what he preaches. He is an active participant in the art of the deal, currently owning three rental income properties and a primary residence in this and adjoining “Jersey Shore” beach communities. Plus, he owns a vacation villa in Boca Raton, Florida.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management Science and in Accounting, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors and Ocean County Board of Realtors. He serves as a member of the Professional Standards Committee for the Ocean County Board of Realtors.

While Dennis has had some limited exposure to real estate in Alaska, Iceland, and the Atlantic coast states New Jersey through Florida, his main concentration and expertise lies in the sales and rental of Long Beach Island oceanfront, bay front and lagoon properties. His thirty-seven years of residency affords him a unique perspective of the many real estate opportunities of the vicinity.
