Yes, you may withdraw your offer. The short sale contract requires acceptance by the seller AND the lender. It appears that your offer has NOT been fully accepted, therefore, you do not have a contract. Double check with a reputable REAL ESTATE attorrney to verify YOUR particular contract before going forward. Buying a short sale can have many benefits.....and it has a LOT of requirements. Be sure to work with a realtor who has short sale experience .....it will help you save time and money. thank you for your question and best of luck in your home pursuit.
