"Dear Joe, I am writing you regarding one of your very talented realtors, Dawn Cox. Two years ago, the family decided that it was time to sell my mom’s house and for her to move in with my sister. My father passed away in May of 2007 and my mother was struggling to maintain the house and felt like it was time to move out. I live in Washington, DC and I took the role of coordinating this effort – often a difficult task living 4 hours away. I did some research and arranged for several agents to be interviewed for the listing – ultimately having my mother meet them and getting her feedback. ""When I decided to look for a new home, I did some research online, but was not too sure about what I wanted. I had called some realtors, but I did not feel comfortable and never really "clicked" with anyone. I had found Dawn's name online and decided to give her a call. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She had met with me to show me a property near her office, but that did not work out. However, she did some research and continued to look within my criteria, which was probably not very common. She showed me a few more properties, but nothing that I felt was a must have.
