I bought my first home when I was 17 years old and I have buying and selling them ever since. I moved to Georgia after cashing in on the booming real estate market in South Florida (sorry all you South Florida friends who can't sell your homes right now). I was nominated rookie of the year my first year in business and sold over 4 million dollars worth of real estate. In 2007 I sold 5 million and in 2008 I sold 6 million dollars worth of real estate in 30 transactions. Not bad for a market that every one says is horrible. I don't know what it's like to sell homes when it was easy. My systems work and I work hard for my clients. I pride myself in being an expert in my market area. I sell residential, commercial, land, luxury homes, bank owned property and I work with a lot of investors. Also, by necessity, I have become very experienced in negotiating short sales with banks for people who are facing foreclosure. I am a stickler for customer service and being on time. My philosophy is that you owe it to yourself to hire the very best to represent you in the sale of one of your largest financial assets.
