"I met David at an open house on Christmas Day 2007, yes Christmas, David was the only real estate agent I saw doing an open house on Longboat Key that day and my family and I were in the area to look. We had met serveral agent over the years on Longboat Key but known impressed us lke David. We met serveral agents over the years and gave them our emails. They would email me for awhile but then stop emailing after a few months. this was not David and Wendy, they emailed me serveral properties over the next few months. we wanted a specific type of home on the open water and a certain price range. David and Wendy's knowledge of the area proved to be the key for the home we bought was not on Longboat Key but in Sarasota the perfect home on the waterfont we wanted at the price we wanted to spend. "Wendy and David helped us move here to Bradenton. being from China it was hard to know the area and see everything. "I contacted David in 2001, down in fForida on vacation looking through the Buyer's Guide just looking to find out information in the area. I really was not ready to move to Florida at that time and told David this information. He never minded at all. He emailed for over 7 years new listings, price reductions, all in the price range and areas I was interested in. He would call me and check up on me. He never pressured me to buy but always answered my questions and concerns with the market and what was going on. My wife and I, in the summer of 2008 ,finally bought our dream vacation home and David and wendy helped us through the whole process. They went to our inspections, they made sure repairs were done, they did it all. We were not even in Florida for the closing, did it all my fax and wire transfer ,all without any issue.
