As it turned out, we did buy a new primary residence, but as soon as we recoup from that transaction, we'll be calling Dave.Dave was more than accommodating, meeting us when we could be at the beach based on our vacation schedule. He showed us a variety of properties based on our taste and financial resources. As a local, he had excellent advice about the desirability of locations.What stands out in my mind the most about Dave is his patience and professionalism when dealing with our family.
