Gosh, in a way this is sad that our search is over. But, you sure did find us a great house and WE LOVE IT. From presenting the deal to the final paperwork. From inspections to Utility questions, Greg was always just a phone call away. I had never used a "Buyers Agent" before but Greg was very helpful. He seemed to know intuitively what details in design we were searching for. This eliminated lots of time wasted looking at places that did not "fit" us . When we decided to put our house on the market in order to downsize acreage and square footage, by a very lucky chance we contacted the David Lee Team to do a market analysis. We told them we wanted a realistic assessment and didn't want to do this just for fun! David Lee came out, took pictures, assessed and in a few days had a price range for us to decide on for marketing. We were given very realistic goals and they gave us suggestions to make the property more appealing. The property was advertised in the newspaper and on the Internet on several sites. Flyers were produced and placed for people driving by to see. During the showing process, they made sure we were kept well informed and Greg even went so far as to keep our dog when we couldn't be there! Three months to the day we signed a contract, our house sold for a very good price. During the closing process, David helped us with the inspections, home improvements, dealing with banks and lawyers and even taxied us to the closing in another city! As soon as we got the offer on our house, Greg started helping us find another. He went way above the call of duty by taking us all over the area to see houses and working with us weekends and evenings. He tactfully steered us away from things that weren't right for us and helped us find the most perfect house. We couldn't have asked for better service and now consider them our friends as well. We are encouraging everyone we know to contact the David Lee Team for any real estate needs! However, after living in our home that you found for us and realizing how much we love our home and we are so comfortable, it occurred to us how you went the extra mile. You really listened to our â€œdream houseâ€ desires. Typical of Realtors you showed us a few homes and was very friendly even took us to lunch and discussed our thoughts on retirement and what we needed to achieve â€œour piece of heavenâ€. You made us feel very special and we knew you were OUR Realtor. After finding our house you really went to work on negotiating the price and a few extras (the ex tended deck for the hot tub). We wondered after leaving North Carolina and returning to Virginia if you would stay on top of things? Well you did and might I add, a very professional job. The house closed and all promises were kept. (Including your son mowing the lawn until we got moved down) When Stuart and I popped in town for a couple of days before the big move and you found out we were here. The next thing we knew here comes a small refrigerator, TV/DVD unit and several DVD's so we could be comfortable. You will never know what that meant to us Greg as we camped out with the bare necessities it occurred to us, one more time you had gone the extra mile and make us feel like family, not customers. A big thank you for helping with the water filters on the house and getting us settled in. We have enjoyed meeting your wonderful family. Lisa, Joel & Kyle and to see the love between you all is very unique in todays busy world. Greg you are one terrific Realtor and human being. We would have no reservations upon recommending you to anyone. It has been a wonderful experience and there is no doubt in our minds that what ever you do you will do well.
