I am also a top producer from the Vero Beach area. When you move to Florida to retire the lifestyle is what you want to base your decision on. If you want to play golf, fish, dine-out, relax at the beach then both places will suit your needs, but if you are looking for a more tropical lifestyle Vero Beach is where the tropics begin. The temp might not be to different in summer ,but the winter months you can certainly feel the difference. Vero Beach also has smaller population, which means less traffic on the roads and at your local hangouts.
