Dan Haeck answered:
AHS American Home Shield http://www.ahswarranty.com The best way to judge these companies is by the amount of warrany claims are paid. You will find that AHS pays out alot of claims to its clients when compared to others. - Sun May 31 2009, 19:12

http://www.loansinteractive.com/ is a very affordable and flexible easy to use website specifically for real estate. As far as a website being worth the outlay goes, you have to get the website to your prospects. If you get a site and do not promote it, nobody will see it. - Wed Feb 4 2009, 05:03

Has anyone experienced a new buzz in the Market Place

Dan Haeck answered:
The only buzz I have been hearing is the steady onslaught of the negative media campaign. Interest rates have never been better, we all have government checks arriving soon, the market is flooded with bargains for buyers. So its a buyers market, and people still have to move, buy, and sell homes. It is the media making people so nervous they don't know a good deal when it smacks them in the face. - Tue Apr 8 2008, 18:29

From an agent's perspective. What is the #1 Company out there?

Dan Haeck answered:
The company is where you hang your license and will be as good as you make it. The big ones are still only as good as the individual office is. They offer the name brand recognition and usually have many agents per office. That is good and bad. You need to look into the policies and pay schedules, fees, and training offered in each of them. Ultimately, make your choice and make a name for yourself. Every office has good agents, bad agents, and everything in between. It comes down to you selling you and making your clients remember you, not the name on the sign at the office. - Tue Apr 8 2008, 18:19
