Yes Kasey this is a foreclosure. It is sold as is, and has no HVAC. This is a cash only sale, as a lender will require an HVAC (heating and air) system to be in place before they will loan money on the property as a primary residence. If I can be of further help locating suitable properties or help with loan pre-qualification please give me a call or email me.
