What Elizabeth said is correct. There does not show any link to any federally sponsored programs, however, I have been told it is part of ACORN. NACA requires you complete 5 activities with them per year for every year you own the home in order to receive the benefits. Those activities can be protests, demonstrations, etc. Not exactly sure what you would be protesting or demonstrating against but make sure you do a lot of research before you sign up.
