Hi Ryan, I've been in San Fernando showing property a lot lately, and I can safely say, like many areas in Los Angeles, it really depends on the street! San Fernando has some great ones, and it has some bad ones. I know a lot of people who really care about the community out there, and I know for a fact that a new commercial development is coming together very soon. I've always been a fan of San Fernando, so I hope you will consider it.
