Craig Brick, President and Founder of Craig A. Brick Realtors, currently licensed with Beverly Hills Realty Group has been active in the Real Estate Industry since 1971.
Craig spent the late 1960’s with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc. and then joined Comprehensive Financial Planning, Inc. There, he analyzed Residential Income and Commercial Real Estate projects which were to be purchased or sold by pension & profit sharing plans and/or individual Buyers & Sellers. He also developed, purchased and sold Residential Real Estate as a private investor.
From the early 1970’s Craig utilized his instinct and business acumen in counseling and educating Buyers as to which properties provided the highest quality of life and the most dramatic increase in value over time.
When counseling and advising Sellers Craig’s experience, vision & techniques, learned over the last 42 years, guides Sellers as to how to showcase their properties best qualities and exploit their hidden potential so as to generate the highest sales price possible.
In 1982, after obtaining his Real Estate License Craig opened his own firm. He personally enjoys representing both Buyers and Sellers in Residential Purchases and Sales of both single family homes and multiple unit apartment buildings.
