On January 16, 2012 along with my business partner established a new Luxury Brand in Denver, Keller Williams Luxury Homes to work closely with and support the already well-established national and international Keller Williams Luxury Homes Division. Prior to this I helped form Fuller Towne and Country Properties along with 11 other seasoned agents, in December of 1999 and then in September of 2008, we sold the company to a Sotheby’s International Realty franchise. The original company, Fuller Towne & Country; grew to four offices and over 120 top residential brokers from various residential companies in the Denver metro and Evergreen areas and closed over $1 Billion in sales in 2007. Before starting Fuller Towne & Country Properties, I along with my then business partner John Fahrenkrog; we’re instrumental in starting the residential division for Fuller and Company, a very successful 50+ year-old commercial real estate company and establishing the very first Fuller Residential brand in Denver. I was recruited to Fuller and Company, from Coldwell Banker where I worked from June of 1978 until May of 1994. I obtained my Real Estate License in 1977, my Broker’s license in 1980, and the GRI and CRS designations in 1991. Before employment with Coldwell Banker, I worked part time with a small real estate company for approximately two years, in addition to being a full-time manager for a retail sporting goods store in Denver.
