Hey Ryan! Wondering if you can clarify your request here.....when you say "low offers", do you mean the offers are low relative to the market value? Or do you mean the offers are low relative to the price being asked for the home?
If you are talking about making an offer that is lower than the price being asked for the home, that's not necessarily a problem especially if the asking price is out of line with what other comparable homes are receiving.
However, if you are talking about submitting an offer that is substantially lower than what other homes in the area are getting, your chances of getting an offer like that accepted are greatly diminished.
