Cherie Murra answered:
The best fit for price, proximity to Bedford and schools is Acton where I live and sell . Our school system is sought after and although our Main St. is not the shopping center, we have a great variety of shopping plazas and supermarkets. It is a very family oriented town. We have a fabulous library , choice of 5 elementary schools, and lots of local after school and evening activities through the town's continuing ed program.Another choice is Boxborough which shares jr and sr high with Acton, however residents come to Acton for stores. Littleton is another growing town with small town atmosphere, new high school , and reasonable prices. Towns like Concord, and Lexington have the Main St feel but are much pricier. They are all fairly close by if you want to shop or eat out there. - Fri Nov 20 2009, 06:40
