"Praise for Charlotte Truelove! Can you believe I bought a $200k+ house sight-unseen? I would never have done it had it not been for the absolute confidence that my husband and I had in Charlotte. Through a series of unreal circumstances, we were unable to make a trip to Fayetteville to preview homes so we chose one on the internet that we asked Charlotte to preview on our behalf. The Offer To Purchase was negotiated from an interstate in Texas, the mortgage application was over-nighted to and from West Virginia and can you believe that we didn’t live in either of those states at that time?! My first look at the house in person was the day before closing and even at closing I was remarkably relaxed because I knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Charlotte “had it.” I should mention that the real estate experience in my family can easily be qualified as “expert” and as an inactive licensee myself I could have handled the transaction on my own.
