Your are never to old to buy a house. There are some great tax credits available right now. GA also has a down payment assistance program called Georgia Dream. Right now may not be a great time to sell a property but it is definitely an excellent time to buy. I am located in Woodstock and work all over the area. If you guys would like to see if it is the right time for you please contact me. I have a full service team that can assist you with every aspect of the home buying process. The first step would be to talk to a lender and get pre-qualified. Take advantage of the $8000 first time home buyer tax credit while it is out there. It will be gone April 30th.
