"I would like to take a moment and share the experience that my husband and I had with Cherie DeLong. It all started out several months ago when John found this dilapidated, old home for sale that he thought would be a great fixer upper! In my opinion, it needed to be torn down but that was where we had the occasion to meet Cherie for the first time. She was the listing agent and John and I called her on short notice to see it on a Sunday. She was by no means close but made the long trip only to have John and I say no in the first five minutes. We were looking for a second house but didn’t want to pay a fortune and had no idea where we wanted to live. She asked if she could do a search in the area and we proceeded to look at a couple more homes on the following weekends. The one thing I can say that I appreciated most about Cherie was that she was NOT assertive or pushy. I think she knew that John and I were looking for so she never pushed her opinion or thoughts unless we asked. We had her do several searches in several different areas because we just couldn’t make up our mind. She happily handed over any information we asked for every time."

She even went so far as to attend horse shows in the area to promote our property. She was constantly coming up with new ideas for marketing the property and kept us up to date even when there was no activity that month. She showed us statistics of other lots that had sold and how much activity the lot was receiving on certain websites.
