Since your agent was great and helped you get the house you want, it would be good to talk to your agent, first. Normally, if your agent was great at the beginning you could expect them to give you good service through to the end. Agents know what it takes to get the job done, and have nothing to gain if they were to "drop the ball." If you have already tried this approach, then it would be time to talk to the broker. - Mon May 23, 2011
