Thank you all and I am I live by that saying..If you know, then disclose. However, the sellers that I have dealt with seem to be very objective to this due to PRIDE...I'm sure more then anything else. As others seem to think it will be a way for people to have a fire sale with their home and fear they will owe more to the banks then hoped for.
