Cathy O’Rourke is Listing Specialist with The Douglass Group at Keller Williams Coastal Realty. A 30-year New Hampshire resident, she spent her youth living in the Lakes Region and in Portsmouth before settling in Durham in 1994. Her professional and personal experiences have helped her become a residential real estate specialist in Durham, Lee and Madbury, in addition to the Seacoast and Lakes Regions.
Cathy successfully opened and managed her own small business in Wolfeboro, NH for nearly a decade before moving to Durham with her husband and four sons. An active volunteer for the local Durham public schools, the Oyster River Youth Association and Saint Thomas More Church, Cathy has developed important first-hand knowledge of the community, school system and surrounding area, helping her provide clients with superior guidance and service.
Having participated in many leading real estate professional development programs, including ethics, marketing, ambience training and investment courses, Cathy is an expert in all aspects of the residential real estate purchase and sales process. She’s a Member of the Northern New England Real Estate Network (MLS) and the ALC.
Cathy’s actively involved in community service, volunteering and fundraising for a number of Seacoast-based organizations, including Oyster River Youth Association (ORYA), Moharimet Elementary School, Boy Scouts of America and Saint Thomas More Church, where she also teaches youth classes. She’s a Sugarloaf ski club member and also serves on the Board of Directors for Sugarloaf SCVA Alpine.
