The tax assessor's office holds all of this information. It may take some legwork, but if you have the address /property owner name you can go to the Tax Assessor at the Courthouse and look up any info on the property (if it was just purchased it can take some time to be updated though). Most Tax Assessors have an online site where you can search also. I hope this helps. Feel free to contact me with any other questions!

I would wait until schools in your area let out for Summer. That is only a few weeks away, but homebuyers with children will more likely be taking different routes while taking their kids to camp, babysitters, etc. and could possibly pass by your home! I would recommend reducing the price just the time school lets out so that you can put a REDUCED sign out in your yard and in the local papers. Good Luck
