""After looking for a home for 5+ years, and literally interacting with dozens of real estate agents, my wife and I were finally lucky to meet and work with Caroline Gosselin. Making the leap from Brooklyn to NJ was hard, but Caroline made the whole process pleasant and doable. Every weekend, for about 6 straight weekends, we had a standing appt with Caroline. She was far and away the most organized realtor I've ever known - she'd have detailed maps printed with landmarks (i.e. schools, playgrounds) highlighted, and a clear itinerary for the day. Some days we'd spend 2 hours together, other days nearly 8. When we weren't in town seeing houses with her, she was super responsive over email and phone.Caroline has at least four key strengths that make her a great at what she does. First, she is a super careful listener. She really heard what we were looking for and tried to help us find what we wanted. Second, she is super thorough and organized. Third, she is really knowledgeable and resourceful. If she didn't know the answer to something, she would always be sure to follow up and get back to us asap. Finally, she is endlessly kind and patient, even with two nervous-nelly first-time homebuyers like ourselves. I would highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking for a home in NJ!""

"Without Caroline's insight and efforts, we simply would not have sold our house. In a tough market, she continuously thought about how to showcase our home, from updating photos when the trees bloomed in spring to ways to draw brokers in to familiarize themselves with our house. Most importantly, though, Caroline stopped us from immediately rejecting a offer we thought impossible to accept, and she gave us numerous ideas to use in negotiating with our buyers.
