Taxes on a 30 acre farm in Tellico Plains would be approximately $150.00 per year. This is considered "greenbelt" or "agricultural". Tellico Plains is a beautiful area to live and close to Knoxville and Gatlinburg. There are properties available with different views in Tellico. Taxes are somewhat higher if not agricultural. My website has a thirty acre parcel that looks toward the North Carolina mountains and has views of the Tellico Valley area. Nice place to live and really convenient to many places.
