"We came across the name “Carmen DiBiase” several times on Trulia. We noticed she often had very insightful answers to questions that were posted by would be home buyers. My fiancée and I set up a meeting to interview her to see if she would be a good fit as our realtor. We were impressed by her experience, knowledge base, affable personality, and sense of humor. She understood that we were in a bit of a time crunch and worked with us to schedule several showings at our convenience. Carmen always had much more to add than the information that was posted on the MLS. She was quick to point out both the strengths and weakness of each property. A great thing about Carmen is that she is very “plugged in,” and can easily be reached via email, text messaging, or cell phone. She is flexible with her time and we didn’t feel apprehensive about contacting her after normal business hours. Carmen did everything we could have asked for to ensure we got our dream home. Carmen has the best knowledge for selling a house in the Rockland County Region, of several major realtors that we have been involved with over the years. Her information is accurate and clear and will help you make the right decision, if the goal is selling your property.
Honesty, dedication and non-stop perseverance are just a few of her attributes that were greatly appreciated during this difficult home market economy. Do not expect to hear flowery and useless stories, if you are trying to sell your house from Carmen. You will, however, receive accurate and important guidance toward your target.
It is important to know, that we had experience with a competitor realtor recommended by friends of the family. Their information and methods were simply wrong and costly, delaying our selling target. At that same time, we also had spoken with Carmen, and her information (at that time) was close to a 100% accurate six (6) months prior to us signing a contract with Carmen.
