Interests: People often ask why I am doing well when so many others are not. I like to tell them it’s that military back round that helps give me the consistent and patient effort or better yet, perseverance, that is needed in any Real Estate Market. However, the most important factors in my business are that I listen, follow-up, and stay in touch with my Clients. I do not do the traditional Realtor lead generation activities such as cold calling and door knocking. The time I save not doing these is time I better spend building my business by referrals. When I meet a client, it is always my wish and usually the case that we develop a relationship that lasts well beyond an individual transaction.
