I ran a search based on the following criteria. Properties sold in Redmond, in the past 60 days, that were 3 bedrooms or more, and no less then 2 bathrooms. I searched up to 1 acre lots, and excluded short sales. Statistics show that homes are selling at 95.68% to 100.62% of list price. In the past 60 days, based on this criteria, 58 homes sold in just Redmond. If you'd like additional information, or need assistance searching for a home, I'd be happy to be of service.
