Jeff is very familiar with Massachusetts, as he has lived in several communities over the past 32 years including East Boston, Quincy, Hanover, Hingham, Cohasset, Sharon and Allston. Jeff has sold properties in towns ranging from far north of Boston to the far south of Boston and everywhere in between. After 10 years in the restaurant industry working for companies such as Legal Seafoods and Starbucks, Jeff changed careers after deciding that he wanted to have a greater impact on peoples' lives. He knew that he had a passion for helping people and that his years of customer service and management would be an asset to his clients.


In 2001, Jeff went to work for a real estate company where high-end single families were a focus. Then in 2003, he went to work for a small family-run operation that primarily dealt with multi-families and condos. Jeff loves to represent clients who are seasoned buyers, as well as first time home buyers.


Jeff holds a MA Brokers License, which requires extensive knowledge and expertise in the Real Estate industry.

I think the online brokerages have an advantage because the business model is based off of the internet. Also, all the information that a person needs to find a home is on the net. The easy part is finding the house. The hard part is working the deal with the Attorney's, Banks, Loan Officers, Home Inspectors, Appraisers, Movers,Agents Contracts, Laws and the whole process. Real Estate is not easy and that is why Good Agents will always be needed and in demand. Agents add so much value to a transaction because they help people buy and sell on a constant basis and the average person buys 1 -2 houses in their lifetime....
