Actually, this one already has a purchase contract on it, subject to the closing of an already sold home, with a 48 hour Kickout clause if the sellers accept a better offer.
If you want, I can send you the homes that are available on a lease/purchase or rent w/ option(2 different things) or discuss financing plans that you may be able to use to buy sooner than you think.
I have been a Schaumburg realtor for 26 years and will be happy to meet with you over hot chocolate and discuss homes and any questions together.
