"Arrian and Sejal Binnings are great Realtors! We first met Arrian at an open house and although at that time we were not seriously looking for an agent, he made a very distinct impression of a person who knows what he is doing and knows how to do it. That's why several months later when we started interviewing Realtors, he was on the top of our list. We were pleasantly surprised that he works with his wife, Sejal. Two heads are always better than one!What set them apart from the other agents we interviewed was that they didn't bog us down with listings from the first meeting, nor did they give us a standard printed brochure from their company for the "general" buyer, but instead tried to understand what we really need. And I mean not only number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, neighborhood etc. I was especially impressed that they told us that there is no point of buying a home if we don't plan to live in it for a minimum of 3 years. My first reflex about Realtors is that they are trying to sell you something. Arrian and Sejal are not like this. They are not going to push you into a deal that is not in your best interest.Working with them turned out to be easy, pleasant and most importantly - productive. They started sending us pre-screened listings and arranging private appointments that we see the homes before the Open House times. That is how we found our current home. We first saw it on Tuesday (private appointment), then we saw it again on Saturday and the same day Arrian and Sejal prepared the offer for us and delivered it to the sellers agent. So, before the first Open House, the apartment was in contract. Arrian made a detailed analysis of the price of comparable recent sales in the area and suggested us a price range for our offer and we were able to knock $10K from the asking price.From then until the close of escrow we exchanged e-mails daily and often several times a day. They prepared a calendar with the different deadlines, arranged the inspections and kept us on top of things until the end. Now we are the lucky owners of a dream apartment in one of the best San Francisco neighborhoods. And it is thanks to Arrian and Sejal!I would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a home in the Bay area, especially to first-time buyers. If we have to go through the process of buying a home in San Francisco again, we will definitely ask for their help. "

"I did not expect Arrian and Sejal to be able to help me find a condo because I was already working with a broker (who was a family friend) and told them I would only use them if they could find me a condo that was off market. They did just that in a week's time. I put in an offer on a Friday and they stayed up all night to go through disclosure schedules and other documentation that so that they could advise me first thing in the morning. We had a deal by Sunday and my contract was ratified. Without their responsiveness I would not have been able to purchase the condo. These guys are different because they listen to you and then think of a way to get you what you want, rather than fight you and convince you to think otherwise so that they can get a deal done - that is the hardest thing to find in an agent. These guys are also young and hungry which makes a difference as well - they will go the extra mile to build their brand name. I would highly recommend these two to anyone who is serious about buying and anyone who does not want to wait for months on end for the right opportunity to finally surface."

Before we even had time to schedule the next in-person appointment, they had already collected for us a list of units that were amazingly on target, and one of them turned out to be the one we decided to buy later on. "My girlfriend Wendy and I met the Binnings at an open house. At the time we weren't looking for an agent, but after floundering around for a couple weeks, we decided to give them a call. They have been outstanding to work with in the last few weeks. They are resourceful, responsive and knowledgeable. The analysis they provide is detailed and their methodology is sound. They are also willing to take calls and provide advice any time day or night. Seriously. We once called them when they were on a layover from a flight on a Sunday. They wrote an offer on the plane and then were prepared to meet us an hour after they landed at 9 pm Sunday night.
