Yes, it is possible to do it without a Realtor and/or attorney. However, I would suggest that you contact an attorney to make sure that it is done in a fashion that makes the most sense in your situation. There are a lot of factors to consider (ages, taxes, etc...) that make this a tougher question than a quick yes or no.
