Hi. I checked our MLS and this home is not listed...I would assume at this point that it is a pending sheriff sale. I'm not sure where Trulia is getting this information, but I surmise it's on some sort of automatic feed. It is not even showing up on the stark county sheriff's website as being scheduled yet.
