Good question! we charge a flat fee of $1500 per file which includes processing, compliance and payroll. Our company is designed to close 75-100 loans per month. After paying out about $500 in expenses on each file closed we net $1000. Its not alot of money but its an honest living.
We are also a full service retail branch with 25 inhouse loan officers in Ft Lauderdale.
